Founded in 2006, CareRight Technologies, LLC is committed to providing our customers with innovative, high-quality, state-of-the-art software products and services that help ensure and protect the safety of residents and the environment.
The stability and growth of our business are possible in part because our customers and employees have confidence in us. "Doing what we say we are going to do" and "being who we say we are" are essential parts of the foundation for this confidence. In this respect, integrity is as important to our future growth and success as any other attribute we have. It is one thing for companies to manage integrity by having a code of conduct. At CareRight Technologies, LLC, we manage our integrity by embracing customer-focused philosophy and applying it to everything we do.
Each of us has the responsibility to "do the right thing," and as leaders we must foster a culture of compliance. We operate every day knowing our customers are impacted if a single employee fails to get it right. We strive to keep that from happening and work to ensure that all our focus is on delivering near-perfect products and services.
We look forward to you being more than a customer. We look forward to being your partner and building a long-term relationship!
CareRight Technologies researched all available eMAR products on the market. The majority of sub-acute facilities were unhappy with the quality, support abilities, and pricing of the available products.
During the initial development of MedRight, CareRight Technologies, LLC spent time meeting with nursing groups to determine what users of the application(s) really needed and wanted. These meetings revealed a set of core functional features that were consistently requested across the board.
We then designed a patented, world class cloud based software platform and the implementation plans, the security requirements, and standardized the hardware necessary to provide the clients all of these items at a reasonable cost.
Chief Technology Officer,

The mission of CareRight Technologies, LLC is dedicated to bringing health care professionals innovative software to help deliver superior resident care! We do this by using best care practices and transparent, state-of-the-art technology.
The eMAR must be easy to learn and use. A pull nurse must to be able to come to a facility and be able to use the eMAR within 10 minutes.
CareRight Technologies, LLC, repeatedly heard, "nurses are not computer people - we just want to do our job. We don't want to have to struggle with the computer. Make it so that the computer usage is not the emphasis/focus of the eMAR."
The eMAR must work correctly ALL of the time to ensure patient safety. The computer cannot be "down", "broken" or "unavailable" at any time.
No facility is the same. The eMAR must be configurable for each facility. What works in one facility may not work in another. It must be flexible enough to handle different workflows and procedures.
The overall eMAR system must have the ability to easily integrate with billing systems, registration systems, and other health care software using standard protocols.
Nursing is an around the clock effort - not just a 9 to 5 job. There must be excellent support available immediately if there is an issue.
